**About the Role**:
Worth Space is looking for a skilled and creative Interior Architect to join our growing team. You’ll work on a variety of exciting residential and commercial projects, from initial concept to execution, creating spaces that are functional, beautiful, and aligned with client visions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle to shape personalized design solutions
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D renders
- Present detailed proposals including material selection, color schemes, furniture, lighting, and finishes
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and operations team to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and innovations
- Manage budgets, timelines, and overall project flow

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

✔5+ years of hands-on interior design experience

✔ Proficiency in 3D’s Max, AutoCAD, or similar software

✔ Strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and materials

✔ A compelling portfolio of past residential/commercial design work (required)

✔ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively

✔ Familiarity with design codes, building regulations, and documentation

- Experience in sustainable/eco-friendly design
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Certifications from recognized design institutions
- Experience handling both residential and commercial projects
