**Business Development Associate - Real Estate**

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities).
- Conduct informative presentations and product demos showcasing TopWorker's solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the education market.
- Generate qualified leads and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development or a relevant sales role.
- Strong understanding of the education sector and current trends in EdTech.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
