**Job Summary**

We're seeking a driven, results-oriented **Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our IT services and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and research.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product/service presentations, demos, and proposals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create customized solutions for clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and match them with the right solutions.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
