**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the execution of domestic and international travel packages, ensuring seamless experiences for clients.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with suppliers: airlines, accommodations, transportation, and activity vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative travel itineraries meeting client expectations.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective travel solutions.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring mínimal disruptions to client travel plans.
- Utilize industry knowledge for informed decisions, optimizing travel package quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Exhibit strong negotiation skills to secure competitive rates and favorable terms from suppliers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, providing insights for compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and fostering positive relationships.


**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of operations experience in the travel industry, focusing on domestic and international travel

packages.
- Extensive knowledge of supplier relationships, hotels, and exceptional travel experiences curation.
- Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Proven negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms from suppliers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in travel industry technology and software.
- Passion for travel and dedication to creating extraordinary client experiences.
