As many as 600mn Indians would depend on employer-sponsored insurance.
Enter Plum. Plum is re-imagining the health insurance stack, and accelerating the penetration of health insurance in India to 100%. Plum has forged new underwriting and fraud detection algorithms to enable companies as small as 2 to benefit from a group insurance. The platform enables realtime insurance design & pricing to enable companies to buy insurance in 3-clicks. And offers employees a hassle-free claims experience through an integrated digital process.
Plum is backed by leading global investors including Tiger Global, Sequoia Capital, Tanglin Ventures and Incubate Fund.
We’ve been trying to rewrite how employee health insurance and wellness work in India, and while it has been an exciting and rewarding journey, we’re just getting started. A big part of what drives our growth is quick and iterative experiments which are run with a stack of no-code tools. We’re looking for a Growth Associate to help us run a plethora of growth experiments and projects with no-code tools like Webflow, HubSpot, HotJar, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, and more. The experiments and projects will ideally help us grow and optimize our customer acquisition process.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the Growth Marketing function to build webpages, calculators, forms and more using Webflow, Zapier, GSuite and other no-code tools
- Work on conversion rate optimization for Plum’s website, landing pages, and blog
- Working with Marketing and Sales Operations to optimise lead-funnel and engagement using HubSpot and Salesforce
- Setup omnichannel nurture sequences on Hubspot to bring cold leads into active pipeline
- Collaborating with our Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure smooth operation of our Operations stack
- Building reports and dashboards to evaluate the performance of various marketing and product activities
- Research, analyse, and report on trends with regard to the performance of various processes and flows - acquisition, engagement, retention, support, and more
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- You like building things from scratch using no-code tools and are in the early stages of your career
- Experience building and shipping digital products like websites or apps
- Strong understanding of analytics tools
- Familiarity with marketing and sales funnels and tools like CRM, Messaging platforms, etc
- Responsive, accountable and detail-oriented with a clear understanding of business objectives
- Creative thinker with a strong bias for action
