About Us

Growth Onboard is a B2B demand and lead generation company helping SaaS and tech businesses grow through outbound marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and automation.

We are looking for a 
Creative Director
 who can lead our design and branding efforts, guide the creative team, and deliver impactful campaigns for both our company and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Growth Onboard's 
    brand identity
     across social media, website, and marketing materials.
  • Plan and oversee 
    creative campaigns
     like LinkedIn posts, cold email assets, pitch decks, and case studies.
  • Guide and mentor 
    creative interns/junior designers
    .
  • Create easy-to-use 
    design templates and style guides
    .
  • Work with the marketing team to design 
    visuals for lead generation and automation workflows
    .
  • Present creative ideas to clients and customize their brand assets.
  • Explore 
    AI tools and new design trends
     to keep content fresh and effective.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in design/creative roles (internship experience accepted).
  • Strong portfolio with branding and campaign work.
  • Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or Figma.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, especially 
    LinkedIn content
    .
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
