Ø A customer Service Executive is a person who addresses the issues of the customers and provides them with relevant solutions. They are one of the most important parts of any organization as they represent the company as a whole. They are responsible for retaining the customers by providing them assistance and establishing good relations with them
**Responsibilities**:
Ø Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
Ø Resolving customer complaints and queries.
Ø Providing detailed information to customers.
Ø Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
Ø Taking feedback from the customers.
Ø Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
Skills Required
- Good Communication Skills (Fluent English Required)
- Initiative taking
- Pressure handling skills
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
