**Job Title**: Store Assistant

**Department**: Retail Operations

**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers with queries and purchases.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns.

**Store Operations**:

- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
- Restock shelves, racks, and displays.
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and visibility.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays.

**Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and process merchandise deliveries.
- Stock and replenish inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.

**Cash Handling and Sales**:

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Process customer feedback and suggestions.
- Maintain store records and reports.
- Participate in training and development programs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of retail experience (desired).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move merchandise.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
