We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Assistant to join our vibrant team at Frozen Bottle. This role is essential in ensuring our store operates smoothly and efficiently while providing a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders. Provide product recommendations and answer any inquiries regarding our menu items.
- **Order Preparation**: Skillfully prepare and serve a range of frozen desserts and beverages according to Frozen Bottle's recipes and standards.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate the cash register, process transactions, handle cash, and provide customers with accurate receipts.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies, conducting regular inventory checks, and reporting low stock levels to the manager.
- **Store Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and tidy store environment. This includes cleaning the service area, seating spaces, and maintaining hygiene in the preparation area.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless service experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of store operations.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure that all store activities are conducted in a safe and responsible manner.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
