- Greeting and assisting customers: Store assistants greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance with locating products or answering questions.
- Processing sales transactions: Store assistants operate cash registers or point of sale (POS) systems to process sales transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts.
- Restocking shelves and maintaining inventory: Store assistants ensure that products are adequately stocked and organized on shelves or displays. They may also receive and unpack deliveries of new products and assist in tracking inventory levels.
- Cleaning and maintaining the store: Store assistants are responsible for keeping the store clean and organized, including dusting, sweeping, and cleaning displays and shelves.
- Providing product knowledge: Store assistants should have a thorough understanding of the products they are selling and be able to provide customers with information on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Handling customer complaints or issues: Store assistants may need to handle customer complaints or issues, such as returns or exchanges, and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
