**Reporting to**: Regional Training Manager

**Working Conditions**: Office / Field Job

**Job Duties**: Determines training needs for sales and service representatives by observing sales encounters, studying sales results reports, conferring with sales and service managers. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques ensuring enhanced individual performance.

**Qualification**: MBA

**Experience**: 5-7 years (Sales and Product Training Experience)

**Skills**: Pleasing personality, Interpersonal Skills, Excellent communication skills, Leadership Skills and Administrative Skills.

**Responsibilities**: Provide training to sales personnel of a business unit.
Develop instructional material for employees
Assist and coordinate with marketing and sales departments for planning training and ensuring implementation
Educate team on current marketing trends and competition / Ensuring cost efficiency

**Training**: Class Room and Virtual Training

**Salary**: From ₹600,000.00 per month
