**Job Timing**:Part time ( 2hrs everyday ) (60 hrs)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop customized training solutions.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions using a variety of methodologies, including lectures, group discussions, role-playing, and case studies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their training needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to participants and clients.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in English/Communication/Business/Marketing/HR/Psychology or relevant domain.
- Minimum 5 years of experience teaching communication skills, business, HR, or domain awareness, with a focus on employability and entry-level roles.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer interaction, interview techniques, and domain-specific knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and create engaging learning experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for adult learning and development.

Pay: ₹150.00 - ₹450.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 28 per week
