Job Title: Freelance Trainer - Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL)

ProgramPositions: 5-6 positions

Job Location: On-site (Travel across Gujarat)

Joining Date: Immediate Joiner

Compensation: ₹1000 to ₹1500 per day (based on experience). Travel, stay, and food allowances will be provided

Target AudienceThe training will be conducted in cascade mode at five levels:

- L1: Headmasters (State Level, Elementary Schools, 8th Grade Teachers)-L2: Elementary School Teachers (8th Grade)Training

Content OverviewThe training focuses on the Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) 2.5 framework as a remediation solution for 535 schools inGujarat. This innovative program empowers headmasters and teachers by providing:

- Understanding PAL: A technology-driven, personalized learning system designed to adapt to students' individual needs.
- Implementation Guidance: Instructions on setting up a PAL Lab in schools, including its internet-free digital classroommodel.
- Student-Centric Learning: Training on how the Tab-based or laptop-driven system assesses students’ proficiency andadapts learning material accordingly.
- Enhanced Learning Outcomes: Proven strategies for improving mathematics proficiency, boosting student confidence,and facilitating personalized academic growth.Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive and learner-centric workshops for headmasters and teachers
- Tailor training sessions to align with the PAL framework and audience needs.
- Equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary for effective PAL Lab implementation.
- Ensure thorough documentation of training sessions and gather feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with CG teams to adhere to logístical and operational protocols.

Skills and Competencies-Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English languages.Experience with e-learning tools and innovative teaching techniques.Ability to effectively engage and inspire diverse audiences.Previous experience in educational training or facilitation preferred.Reimbursement Norms: Forms and details will be shared prior to training commencement.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
