**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Soft Skills Trainer with a strong understanding of healthcare environments to enhance communication, patient interaction, teamwork, and service excellence among clinical and non-clinical staff. The trainer will develop and deliver customized training programs to improve professional behavior and patient satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on communication skills, patient handling, empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution, and professionalism.
- Customize training modules for doctors, nurses, front office, and support staff.
- Use real-life healthcare scenarios, role-plays, and case studies to deliver impactful sessions.
- Collaborate with HR and Quality teams to identify training needs and implement improvement plans.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance post-training.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare training preferred.
- Understanding of patient-centric care and service quality standards in healthcare.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in soft skills training or behavioural facilitation.
- Experience with NABH or similar healthcare quality standards is a plus.
- Comfortable delivering both in-person and online training sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
