Role: Telesales Executive

Location: Delhi - NCR

Qualification - Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales.

Languages Known - English & Hindi

CTC: 2.4 - 3LPA

Role

The role involves online selling, customer engagement and feedback, providing customer service (via incoming and outgoing calls) and getting renewals of subscriptions by building a mutually rewarding customer relationship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiating sales as per laid out process with potential customers over the phone. Cold calling. Being able to have a dialogue with customers and understand their needs. Highlighting relevant features, advantages and benefits of the product.
- Being able to close a sale/ meet sales targets
- Gathering and maintaining customer information in CRM.
- Prepare reports on work carried out
- Taking incoming calls/ Answering customers' queries on the product.
- Resolving Customer complaints promptly
- Making customer service calls to follow up with customers on their experience, build a relationship and seek renewals.

**Skills**:

- Communication-oral(English and Hindi) and written(English)
- Presentation
- Selling and ability to handle customer objections in the sale process
- Excellent listening, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build a relationship with the customer
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
