**Job Title**: Delivery Partner Executive
**Job Summary**: We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Delivery Partner. The Delivery Partner will be responsible for delivering packages, food, or other items to our customers in a timely and professional manner. As a Delivery Partner, you will represent our company and play a vital role in providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
Delivering packages, food, or other items to customers in a timely and professional manner Verifying delivery instructions and ensuring the proper handling of packages or food items Communicating effectively with customers and responding to their inquiries or concerns Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups Adhering to safety and traffic regulations while driving Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle Following delivery schedules and routes provided by the company.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Reliable transportation and a smartphone with GPS capabilities
Strong communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and varying shifts Prior experience in delivery or customer service is a plus.
**Compensation**:Base salary**: INR 15,000 per month **Incentives**: Up to INR 10,000 per month, based on meeting performance targets
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
