BNC is hiring for Order to Cash (OTC) for Gurgaon Location.
- Coordinate with the sales team in obtaining the customer PO/requirement, and all the relevant details required to create as sales order
- Coordinate with the inventory expert and the sales team to prevent duplicate order entry
- Perform 2-way match of customer PO against the quotation, identify any mis-matches and coordinate with sales team to obtain appropriate approvals against the mismatches
- Create the sales order into the system
- Coordinate with sales team and any other relevant teams to address, as per proper guidelines) the dunning block on order (if any)
- Coordinate with SCM planner and the sales team to confirm the order ex-works date and finally generate the order conformation document and sharing the documents with the relevant plant and transportation teams
- Perform capacity swapping (preponement-postponement) as per requirement in coordination with sales team
- Keep track of the open orders, dispatched order, partially dispatched orders, unconfirmed orders, etc. and follow up with relevant teams to keep orders on track
- Coordinate with SCM Planner and sales team for closing unconfirmed order**s**

MBA with 1-2 years of experience in order to cash.

Immediate joiners is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
