**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**Guest Service**:

- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Address guest queries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
- Upsell food and beverage items to maximize revenue.

**Operations Management**:

- Supervise the setup of the restaurant, banquet halls, or other service areas.
- Ensure smooth operations during service, including table turnover and coordination with the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per hotel guidelines.

**Team Supervision**:

- Train and guide stewards on service protocols, menu knowledge, and guest interactions.
- Allocate tasks to team members and monitor their performance.
- Motivate and support the team to deliver exceptional service consistently.

**Inventory and Reports**:

- Assist in managing inventory for linen, cutlery, crockery, and other service essentials.
- Prepare daily reports on service, sales, and guest feedback for the F&B Manager.

**Compliance**:

- Adhere to all food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum of **3-4 years** of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in handling point-of-sale (POS) systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
