We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor cum Advocate to provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to our company. This role will involve advising on both personal and business-related matters, including disputes, contracts, regulations, and compliance. The Legal Advisor cum Advocate will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring legal compliance across all areas of operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of personal and business-related matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
- Assess and manage legal risks associated with business activities and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance in various business operations.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and communicate potential impacts to the company.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote legal compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, when necessary, to seek specialized advice or representation.
- Provide training and guidance to company employees on legal matters and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution. A Master's degree in Law or specialized certification is a plus.
- Admission to the Bar and a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience as a legal advisor and advocate, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
- In-depth knowledge of personal and business-related laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate legal concepts effectively to non-legal professionals.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
