**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Client Acquisition**:

- Generate leads and acquire clients through online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Draft proposals and pitch services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- **Client Communication & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- **Market Research & Reporting**:

- Identify new opportunities and trending projects on bidding platforms.
- Track, record, and analyze sales performance and conversions.
- Share feedback to improve strategies for online sales.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with freelancing/bidding portals is a plus.
- Negotiation skills and ability to build client trust.
- Goal-oriented and proactive approach to sales.
