A Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an organization's or brand's social media strategy. This role involves creating and curating relevant content, engaging with the audience, and analyzing social media performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create content that appeals to them.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Foster a sense of community and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and discussions.
- Monitor and respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Use analytics tools to track social media performance and derive insights.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, social media trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and brand mentions.
- Leverage insights to adjust the social media strategy as needed.
- Ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging across all social media platforms.
- Stay current with industry trends, social media best practices, and platform updates.
- Experiment with new features and emerging platforms.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated success in growing and engaging social media audiences.
- Proven experience as a Social Media coordinator or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of multimedia content creation.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
