**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for clients across various industries.
- Create and oversee high-quality content, including written posts, graphics, videos, and other creative materials.
- Engage with client audiences by responding to comments, messages, and managing online interactions to enhance brand loyalty.
- Monitor analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of social media campaigns.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on social media performance and ROI for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Handle client communications, understand their needs, and tailor social media strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing studies for internship applicants).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual content.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design is a plus.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in client management within a digital or advertising agency.
- Familiarity with paid social media campaigns.
