**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and maintain company profiles across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, and stories.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and optimize content accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 - 8 months of experience** in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and creativity skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of social media ads and campaign management.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Video editing and reel-making skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
