**Role - International Sales Voice Process**

**Salary - 3.5LPA + Allowance**

**Location - Chennai**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding sales pitch in
- Manage international business development through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system
- Develop new client relationships by identifying potential opportunities, building rapport, and negotiating contracts.
- Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and productivity
- Follow company policies and procedures

**Preferred profile**:

- Graduation Must
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with international clients; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- 1-5 years of experience in international sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of US process (International Voice Process), UK process (International Calling), International BPO, International Process, International Voice, International Call Center.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Shift allowance
