**Job Summary**:
As an International Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing effective solutions to their queries. You will be the voice of our company, representing our values and commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures while engaging with customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or services.
- Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance service delivery and achieve departmental goals.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and changes in procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field
- **Experience**: 0-3 years
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software; knowledge of is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of customer interactions.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**: Understanding and appreciation of diverse cultural backgrounds and practices.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in an international voice process or customer support role.
- Familiarity with international customer service standards and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
