- International Voice Process

Experience Required:

- Must be flexible to work rotational shifts.
- Fluent in communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Focus:

- Take ownership of each customer interaction, empathize, and prioritize their needs.
- Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations.
- Build relationships to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Communication Skills:

- Exhibit effective verbal and written communication with customers.
- Document customer account activities accurately.
- Engage in active listening and interactive dialogue.

Problem Solving:

- Approach problems logically and make effective decisions.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and conduct research when necessary.

Analytical Skills:

- Critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory practices.

Computer Skills:

- Proficiency in using browsers, navigating multiple tabs, and instant messaging tools.
- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education
UG: Graduation Not Required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
