**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Conduct material take-offs and quantity calculations.
- Analyze project specifications and contracts.
- Track project costs and ensure budget adherence.
- Assess and certify contractor invoices and payments.
- Identify area variations and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize cost efficiency.
- Drawing reading understanding of structure / architecture drawings.
- AutoCAD expert.
- Area calculation of aluminum formwork monolithic

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of construction contracts.
- Good knowledge of Structure drawings and Architecture Drawings
- Area calculation as per discussing with clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
