**Urgent job requirement for Quantity Surveyor **. **Please find the job details below:

**Designation**: Quantity Surveyor

**Experience**: 1-5 Years

**Salary**: INR 15,000- 30,000 per month

**Job Responsibilities/Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Technical Audit of the civil Project
- Checking the RA Bills with Drawings, BBS, etc
- Preparation of project visit & Monthly project progress report. Co-Ordination with different Consultants & Contractor.
- Preparation of Bill of Materials & Bill of Quantities.
- Checking of the Client RA Bills w.r.t. Work done and billed and to find out the unbilled amount (also as per the physical execution)
- Checking of the Sub-contractor RA Bill w.r.t. work done and paid and finding out the excess quantity paid if any. (also as per the physical execution)
- Preparation of Extra Claim (i.e. work done but not claimed)
- Material consumption and reconciliation for all materials Steel, Concrete, Cement, Sand, Shuttering, AAC Blocks, Bricks, aggregate, etc, w.r.t purchased quantity, theoretical quantity, actually consumed quantity, billed to client quantity, paid to sub-contractor quantity, work in progress, wastage, unbilled, unaccounted, etc.
- Rate Analysis for extra work, and non-scheduled work.
- Various analyses w.r.t. material requirements, machinery requirement, work planning, scheduling, sequencing, etc
- Preparation of Scope of Work as per the project requirement
- Report preparation and presentation to the stakeholders.
