**Job Title**: Purchase Executive - Wind and Solar Industry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cost Estimation**: Create detailed cost sheets for projects, including expenses for materials, manpower, tools and other resources.
- **Contract Management**: Help write and negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients to meet technical needs.
- **Tender/Proposal Preparation**: Prepare and review project bids and proposals, merging technical solutions with cost-effective alternatives.
- **Client Presentations**: Participate in presenting technical and financial proposals to clients.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Collaborate with execution/ project management teams to ensure technical and commercial aspects align.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify potential technical and financial risks and develop strategies to reduce them.
- **Client Liaison**: Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing their technical and financial inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Budget Management**: Keep track of and manage the project budget to ensure expenses do not exceed the set limits.

- **Vendor Management**: Work with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure they meet technical requirements and project standards
- **Vendor Identification**: Identifies and evaluates potential vendors and suppliers based on their ability to meet technical and commercial requirements.
- **Supplier Evaluation**: Conducts technical and commercial assessments of suppliers, including their capabilities, quality standards, and reliability.
- **Vendor Negotiations**: Negotiates terms and conditions with vendors, focusing on achieving favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- **Procurement**: handle purchase activities in terms of tools, material, PPEs etc.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Communicates with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and finance teams, to align procurement activities with project requirements.
- **Problem Resolution**: Addresses and resolves any issues or disputes that arise during the procurement process.
