Purchase Executive

Shall be initially responsible for Preparation of Techno commercial offers for Various Electrical Equipment and spares like Relays, Breakers, etc.
- Acknowledge Various spare enquiries from Client, Prepare and send techno-commercial offers to the Client.
- Follow up of the submitted offers.
- Should have good hands-on MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Search and identify potential suppliers / Vendors based on project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Manage and track orders to ensure goods delivery in a timely manner.
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Should have knowledge of CRM.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases and CRM.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- All the Supply Purchase Order to be issued by Purchase Executive and will be the sole responsible person right from issuing the PO, evaluating Vendor, inspecting the material/quality, to making the payment to Vendors.
Requirement and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Executive or Techno commercial Executive, or similar role. Qualification: Bachelor's in Electrical
- Good knowledge of Preparation of Techno-commercial offers and vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
- Hands-on experience with CRM.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability conduct cost analyses
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good Negotiation skills
- Must be independent, spontaneous and have good time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in teams to get projects accomplished.
