We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic **Customer Care Representative** to join our growing team at BR Ceramics. In this role, you will interact with customers, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will be **responsible for calling leads, answering inbound calls**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and proactively call leads to discuss BR Ceramics products and services.
- Understand customer needs and coordinate with Team members
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Coordination with all Departments

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience in a customer service or in leads calling is preferred.**:

- **Spoken and basic English and Hindi is essential.**:

- **Preferred-knowledge of using Ms. Office. E mail writing**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
