Job Title: Strategist - Client Servicing
The purpose of this roles is to support the Client Director in delivery on the account, managing the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution.
This is a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners.
Smart, passionate professionals with a minimum of 6months or 1/2 + years of rigorous client servicing experience in an advertising/digital/branding agency with an enterprising spirit and a roster of impressive clients.
- Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
- Works collaboratively across Pan India and across network as needed -uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for Brands & Organiser.
- Project manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget
- Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working
- Effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work
- Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients.
