Employee Transport Executive(Mumbai)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee daily employee transport operations (pick-up & drop services).
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely transport and cost efficiency.
- Liaise with transport vendors and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Monitor driver schedules, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
- Handle employee transport queries, grievances, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain records of trips, mileage, expenses, and transport-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, road safety norms, and statutory regulations.
- Implement GPS tracking and monitor transport operations in real-time.
- Prepare regular MIS reports on transport usage, cost, and efficiency.
- Support in handling emergencies, breakdowns, or delays in transport services.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of route planning and fleet management.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / transport management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Awareness of safety and compliance regulations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
