**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers based on provided lists or leads.
- Follow scripted dialogues and pitch products or services effectively to customers.
- Address customer queries, provide information, and handle objections in a professional manner.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information or solutions.
- Offer promotions, special offers, and updates on products or services.
- Collect customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate department for further action.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Update and manage customer information in the database.
- Ensure data confidentiality and handle information with discretion.
- **Sales and Targets**:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets set by the organization.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
- Report on sales performance and progress towards targets to the supervisor.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all calls are conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and ethical conduct during all interactions.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:

- Provide feedback on customer responses, objections, and market trends to the management team.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on call activities, customer interactions, and outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and skills.
