The brand Cakewala was started in the year 2011 and we have 6 branches as of today. 5 in
Bangalore and 1 in Kundapur. Cakewala is a bakery which created a big wave in the industry.
Cakewala is a European style bakery and all the machinery used in production is imported from
Europe. Cakewala’s biggest USP is the live kitchen. Customers can see the live production of both cakes and savories. The product range is designed to satisfy the palate of the local taste.
Cakewala is the brainchild of its founder and Chairman, G Srinivas Rao.

Changing trends, change in the pattern of demand, globalization of food, people’s requirement and importance of price, quality and hygiene made G Srinivas Rao bring in a new concept in the bakery field in the form of Cakewala.

Using European technology and catering it to the requirement of the local palate of the people in a hygienic environment with live kitchens. Along with this making the products affordable and reaching to all segments of people.

**What European technology?**
At Cakewala all the production related machinery is imported from Europe. The main reasons for this are that Europe is one of the origins of bakery products and one of the biggest consumers of bakery products in the world. They are the innovators of all the machinery related to bakery. They prepare the machinery according to the requirement of the product and hence their machine technology comes with a lot of RnD. With this we use European machinates for all our production activities.

Today we can proudly say our USPs are live kitchen, affordable pricing, hygiene, air-conditioned bakery and cafes and the best sourced raw materials to provide high quality products.

Cakewala is looking for a Content creator who will be responsible for producing engaging, informative, and high-quality content across various platforms. Your primary goal will be to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, drives traffic, and promotes brand awareness. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling.
- Content Development: Create and develop original content for a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, social media (Instagram, facebook, google my business), in-house TVs and other digital channels.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate fresh and relevant ideas for content creation.
- Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Writing and Editing: Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure it meets quality standards, grammar guidelines, and brand voice.
- Visual Content: Collaborate with designers, videographers, and photographers to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to enhance discoverability and improve organic rankings.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of content strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
- Portfolio of published content demonstrating creativity, versatility, and ability to engage target audiences.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools such as Photoshop and Canva or similar softwares.
- Strong research skills to gather information and produce accurate, well-researched content.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for storytelling, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
