**Job description**

**Export Logistics **
- To make monthly / weekly dispatch planning.
Coordination with Plant (Planning Dept., Production Dept., Dispatch Dept. QA Dept.) for smooth execution of planning.
Coordination with Freight forwarder / CHA / Transporter for shipment arrangement.
Negotiating Freight rates / transportation rates / Customs charges if any.
Ensure exports containers should get on time as per planning and should get-in within available. time period - ensure no shut-outs / detention should get charge for any transactions.
To work export transactions with EX-works/FOB /CF/CIF/DDP basis.
To handle sample courier shipments and maintain records for the same.
To maintain MIS data for all transactions.

**Export Documentation **
- Coordination with Plant for Pre-shipment documents.
Coordination with CHA / Shipping line for SB / SI / BL and documentation checking / approval.
Preparing export documents as per country / customer specific requirement.
Preparing COO / GSP and get it from concerned agencies.
Checking LC’s and coordinating with customers for it.
Communicating customers for export shipment documents.
Maintain payment record based on shipment execution.
Maintain MIS files for all shipments / transactions.
To check freight forwarding / transporter / CHA / other transactions bills and take approval before giving to accounts for payment process.

**Import Activities **
- To coordinate with suppliers (overseas / domestic) for raw material purchase.
To coordinate with Freight forwarder / CHA / Transporter to purchase material.
To check supplier documents / Import Bill of entry for smooth execution of customs clearance and reach material at plant.
To process / track import payments.
Coordinate with Plant for import material unloading’s.
Prepare / maintain - internal documentations.
G.R. Waiver closer.
Maintaining MIS files for all transactions.

**MISC **
- To maintain Commission statements..
CD Account / Insurance.
MEIS claim.

**Person should be **
- Having sound knowledge of export - import process.
Should be good team member.
Should having problem solving skills.
