- **Designation**:_Customer Service Representative/ Field Executive / Support Engineer or Specialist
- **Experience**:_2-3 years
- **Roles and responsibilities**:_
- You will collaborate with customer-facing personnel responsible for operating Electronic Data Capture (EDC) or Point of Sale (POS) machines, as well as their supervisors.
- Your responsibilities will include training new staff on EDC usage and its value-added features, assisting in diagnosing and resolving machine issues while identifying their root causes.
- You will also work on establishing relationships with store or branch managers, serving as their primary contact for any EDC or POS-related needs and concerns.
- **Required experience**:_
- Background in the POS/Payment industry would be required, e.g., having worked with major banks or payment gateway companies in similar roles.
- 1-3 years of experience in dealing with SME merchants and their top stores/ branches, or large hotels, preferably in the service industry.
- Experience in managing large, well-known brand stores will be extremely beneficial.
- Ability to generate / analyse sales reports and customer data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the POS systems in a timely manner.
- Execute and evaluate software updates and patches to enhance the performance and functionality of the system.
- Demonstrated success in the POS/Payment industry
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- **Educational Qualification**:_
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Affinity for electronic gadgets, and working knowledge of settings, Bluetooth, WIFI etc
- Similarity with famous brand stores and their specific needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn fast and grow fast.
- Hardworking - required to visit 6-7 or more stores on a daily basis.
- Vigilant and organised.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
