As a Field Sales Representative for _**The Regnant Store**_, you will be at the forefront of introducing our products to retailers and shopkeepers in your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on building brand awareness, driving sales, and establishing lasting relationships with clients. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and eager to make a significant impact in a growing brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Promotion**: Actively promote and represent [Brand Name] to retailers and shopkeepers, educating them about our unique product offerings and brand values.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough research to identify potential retail partners and understand market trends and customer preferences.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they have the support needed to effectively sell our products.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our household products.
- **Feedback Gathering**: Collect feedback from clients and customers to relay back to the product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market conditions, providing regular updates to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand initiatives and promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in field sales or business development, preferably in the consumer goods or retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,720.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
