**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a **Social Media Associate** to manage and grow our social media presence. This role involves content creation, audience engagement, trend research, and analytics to drive a data-informed strategy. Additionally, the position supports LinkedIn thought leadership efforts to position key executives as industry leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**
- Manage & execute daily activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube for assigned accounts / pages.
- Plan and implement social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Continuously improve account performance on a month-on-month basis.

**Content Creation & Community Engagement**
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform.
- Research and implement trending video formats and reels for maximum engagement.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster community engagement.

**Trend Research & Thought Leadership**
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to refine strategies.
- Support LinkedIn thought leadership initiatives for assigned accounts.
- Engage with relevant LinkedIn communities and industry professionals.

**Analytics & Performance Tracking**
- Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Generate reports with insights and recommendations to optimize content.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) to measure campaign effectiveness.

**Skills**
- Social Media Management, Campaign Planning and Scheduling

- Creativity and understanding of creative designs
- Good understanding of tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe Suite
- Basic understanding of Graphic Design & Video Editing

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, BBA, Communications, PR, etc
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from analytics.
- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is preferred.
