- Create and publish engaging content on social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram Youtube etc.)
- Developing and scheduling social media content, including text, images, and videos
- Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages on social media platforms
- Creation of social media Calendar for Different Festival & Events for B2C / B2B
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Posting of Instagram Reels with Trending Audio & other Instagram Posting Formats
- Optimization of YouTube & Twitter Channels
- Identify and engage with influencers to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and report on competitors' social media strategies to inform decision-making and stay ahead of the curve.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media policies and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company values and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business strategies.
- Assisting with the creation of social media reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Must Complete bachelor’s degree
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization.
- Presentation skills - should be able to present plans & break down briefs to in-house teams.
- Basic photo and video editing skills using editing apps on the phone like Meme generator, Canva, Inshot, etc.
- Should be good with Social Media Optimization
- Experience in having worked with youth-centric brands and managing their social media pages.
- Experience in having worked with influencers and content creators.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and all the different formats and updates that launch on these platforms.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, changes in algorithms, and emerging platforms.
