
Marketing and Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and presentations.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to company guidelines across all marketing channels. **Field Sales Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Implementation**:
- Execute the company’s sales strategy in the field, focusing on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Identify sales opportunities within the assigned territory and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- **Client Acquisition**:
- Approach potential clients in person to present the company's products and services, focusing on converting leads into sales.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts with new clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s fire safety products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Track and report on sales activities, including client interactions, sales figures, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to help refine strategies and improve overall performance.
- **Collaboration with Marketing**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Share insights from the field to help shape future marketing initiatives.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Proactively identify and address challenges in meeting sales goals, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the safety solutions or fire and safety.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
