**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into polished photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, and other channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver on-brand content.
- Enhance photos and videos with sound effects, voiceovers, music, and color grading to improve their visual and auditory appeal.
- Manage and organize video and photo assets, ensuring all content is backed up and accessible for team use.
- Stay updated on the latest photo and video editing software, techniques, and trends to incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
- Edit content for multiple formats and aspect ratios to suit different platforms, including vertical, horizontal, and square formats.
- Perform quality checks on videos and photos to ensure they meet technical standards and requirements.
- Manage project timelines effectively and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional video and photo editor.
- Proficiency in video and photo editing software, including LightRoom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and continuity.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, and sound design.
- Experience editing for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking ownership of individual projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A creative mindset and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic photo and video editing skills, reel edits, and long format edits.
- Knowledge of camera operation and video production workflows.
