To ensure success as a video editor, you should have expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques, be able to visualize directorial concepts and work according to a strict time schedule. Ultimately, a top-notch video editor can perfectly translate a director's idea into a beautifully crafted film or video piece, worthy of broadcasting.

**Video Editor Responsibilities**:

- Review raw material to determine the shortlist.
- Capture studio-quality photographs and video.
- Follow the company's brand guidelines.
- Regularly collaborate with the marketing team.
- Editing interviews and video footage using modern editing techniques.
- Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
- Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
- Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
- Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy
- Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence
- Creating the final cut for broadcasting.
- Make reels for Instagram and Youtube shorts

**Video Editor Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in cinematography, or related field.
- Previous work experience as a video editor.
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Avid Media Composer.
- Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Avid Media Composer.
- Creative and artistic skills.

**Experience**:

- 2 - 3 years of experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
