**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled and creative **Video Editor** to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with a **strong storytelling ability**, technical expertise in video editing, and a deep understanding of digital content trends. You will play a crucial role in **editing podcasts, crafting social media video content, and ensuring high-quality production across all projects.**

A **strong understanding, proficiency, and fluency in English** are essential for this role, along with expertise in **motion graphics and After Effects** for advanced visual storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing & Post-Production**:

- Edit promotional videos, product highlights, event coverage, and branded content.
- Trim raw footage, add transitions, music, and text overlays to enhance storytelling.
- Assemble initial drafts for review by senior editors.

**Podcast Video Editing & Intro Creation**:

- Edit **podcast episodes**, ensuring smooth audio-visual synchronization.
- Design and create **custom intros for each podcast episode** to maintain brand consistency and engagement.

**Social Media Content Editing**:

- Edit **Instagram reels and YouTube Shorts**, ensuring they are optimized for engagement and platform-specific trends.
- Adapt long-form video content into **high-impact short-form videos** for social media.

**Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancements**:

- Utilize **Adobe After Effects** to create motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects.
- Enhance videos with **dynamic animations and seamless transitions** for a professional finish.

**Collaboration & Project Management**:

- Work closely with **content strategists, designers, and marketing teams** to align video content with brand messaging.
- Oversee **the entire editing pipeline**, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, storyboards, and scripts.

**Technical Consistency & Quality Control**:

- Ensure all videos adhere to the required **resolutions, formats, and platform specifications**.
- Troubleshoot **technical issues** and maintain a smooth post-production workflow.
- Conduct **final quality checks** before publishing.

**Qualifications & Skills:Technical Skills**:

- **Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects**.
- Proficiency in video editing techniques, **motion graphics, and animation**.
- Strong **understanding of color correction, sound design, and visual storytelling**.

**Creative & Professional Attributes**:

- Strong **English proficiency** for script comprehension and communication.
- Experience in **podcast editing workflows** and video content strategy.
- Ability to **manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines** in a fast-paced environment.
- A **collaborative mindset** with a **proactive approach** to problem-solving.

**Education & Experience**:

- At least **1-2 years of relevant experience in video editing** (internships included).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Production: 1 year (preferred)
- Video Editing: 2 years (required)
- Adobe After Effects: 2 years (required)
