Job Responsibilities.
Minimum 6 years in RPA development, architecture & leading role
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
Provide guidance with process design and support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
Create process and end-user documentation & ensure quality of the automation following best pratices.
Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver business-impacting projects.
Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Skills Required
Proficiency in RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, etc.
Experience in programming languages like Python, VB Script, VBA.
Understanding REST APIs, Graph API & Control room administration
Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning is preferred.
Certifications
Automation Anywhere RPA Masters & Advanced certifications preferred.
Experience with Agile development methodology.

Excellent problem-solving.analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
Ability to work through ambiguous situations and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiatives without always being directed.
