Contributing to current projects where you analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate system. This is a project-based role where you’ll enjoy deep involvement throughout the lifespan of a project, as well as the chance to work closely with Architects, Technicians, and PMs. Whatever your current level of tech savvy or where you want your career to lead, you’ll find the right opportunities and a buddy to support your growth. Required Technical and Professional Experience
- 3+ years of Experience in Batch and Console Monitoring.
- Release agreed batch job per job sheet or adhoc request.
- Monitoring batch job status including overrun / msgw / not started / fail etc
- Reporting, monitor the batch job status and report to support team per instruction and raise ticket.
- Recover issue job per operation manual or instruction from pc/app team, including job rerun / force completed / on-hold / off-hold / release etc
- Provide system monitoring support.
- Follow operation manual to determine whether next action required.
- Informed IPC & Management Team for major incident reporting.

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Have knowledge of batch job run.
- Familiar with basic operations on platform Windows / Linux / AS400
- Have deep knowledge of infra system monitoring.
- Familiar with console monitoring tool like netcool / datadog / nagios / Dynatrace etc
- Familiar with job schedule tool autosys / Control-M /Quartz
- Familiar with ticketing system Service-Now.
- Follow instruction and operation manual strictly.
- Able to work shift to support 24*7 service.
- Good working attitude and communication skill.
- Ability to work under pressure.
