**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- To Report AVP New Channel and support by co-ordination and administering the sales information system. To Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales related MIS reports including Daily sales tracking/ forecasting report, market share analysis, gross margin analysis by market. Provide all other administration services for the regional sales department and staff. Make a positive contribution to Sales Department.**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
**Business**
- Prepare and Produce daily, weekly, monthly sales reports for Sales team, within required deadlines.
- Generation MIS and Sales reports through SAP System and SAP (BI).
- Create power point presentations as per business requirements
- Managing in various office utilities and other administrative work of the Regional Office.
**Financial**
- Tracking and clearance all Utilitie bills etc.
- Coordinate with sales teams for daily orders, collections, UTR No and submission of scheme documents.
**Customer Oriented**
- Managing Distributor Relationship, handling their grievances.
- Assist Sales Team in providing all relevant data / MIS support.
**People Oriented**
- Managing internal & external stakeholders basis business needs
