**Position**:Trainer - MIS and IT***

**Qualification(s)**: Bachelor's (preferred)

**Work Location(s)**: Training Centre Level - Mysore, KA, Chikkaballapur, KA

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Good observation and a sharp eye for catching errors in data.
- Good and effective communication in Kannada, English
- Excellent Computer skills especially MS Excel and MS word.
- Knowledge of Govt. skill development projects specially DDU-GKY.
- Must have teaching skills and all relevant and related attributes.
- Knowledge of fundamentals of computers, IT tools like MS Office, E-Mails, Internet, digital literacy, Apps etc.
- Undergo e-SOP certification in Operations on joining the centre

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**IT Trainer**
- Trainer to prepare and conduct Students’ training courses on IT skills and proper computer usage.
- Maintain IT Lab, conduct practical assessments in the lab and record the Marks.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues at the centre
- Maintain all the Systems at the Centre up to date & keep computer workstations secure from repairs and damages from students.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session and maintain the reports.
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials.
- Provides job search/career information workshops and presentations as needed.
- Facilitates career counselling, evaluation, skills training, job readiness training and other activities related to employment transition for deaf individuals.
- Support team in Mobilization, Placement, MIS, Counselling of Students etc.
- Counsel students regarding skilling course selection, class scheduling, study habits and career planning.

**MIS Executive**
- Maintain standard files in particular centres for all batches.
- Prepare an action plan and submit weekly reports to the State office.
