Daystar Solar is seeking a results-oriented Project Engineer to manage our solar EPC projects across various sectors. This is a crucial, field-heavy role based in Chennai, requiring flexibility and a readiness to travel extensively to project sites.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Project Management: Lead execution of solar EPC projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Site Supervision: Successfully handle multiple sites simultaneously (Residential, Commercial, Industrial), requiring frequent site travel from the Chennai base.
- Coordination: Serve as the key liaison, effectively coordinating across Sales, Design, and Purchase teams.
- Reporting: Develop robust Project planning schedules and deliver Excellent project reporting to stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience: Min 3 years experience in Solar EPC projects.
- Education: Engineering degree in Electrical/Solar/Energy.
- Sectors: Proven track record in Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors.
- Logistics: Readiness to travel extensively to project sites.
- Coordination: Capability to coordinate across Sales, Design and Purchase teams.
- Reporting: Excellent project reporting skills.
- Site Management: Capability to handle multiple sites simultaneously.
- Technical: Good understanding of Design.
- Planning: Good skills in Project planning.
- Software: Knowledge in Office suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
