**Responsibilities**:
*Install solar photovoltaic systems on roofs, ground mounts & other structures, duly following established installation guidelines and procedures to the highest standards.

*Perform thorough site surveys to assess the location, orientation and shading potential of solar panels.

*Install and connect solar panels, inverters and electrical components under electrical and building codes.

*Conduct troubleshooting and repair activities on existing solar systems to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.

*Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installation projects, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

*Test and commission installed systems to ensure they meet quality standards and function properly.

*Carry out maintenance and repairs on existing solar photovoltaic systems.

*Ensure all electrical work is carried out in accordance with industry regulations

*Maintain accurate records of installation projects, including materials used, labour hours, and any modifications or repairs made.

*Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining system operations, and offering maintenance recommendations.

*Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to solar photovoltaic systems.

*Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

**Skills**:
*Strong understanding of solar photovoltaic systems and solar energy principles.

*Proficient in electrical system installation and troubleshooting.

*Ability to read and interpret electrical and architectural drawings.

*Familiarity with power tools, electrical meters and other equipment used in solar installations.

*Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.

*Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

*Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in stern weather conditions.

*Commitment to maintain a safe work environment.

**Qualifications**:
*High school diploma or ITI equivalent.

*Certification in solar photovoltaic installation or a related field is preferred.

*Previous experience in solar photovoltaic installation or electrical work is highly desirable.

*Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.

*Organised with a keen eye for detail

*Two wheeler with valid driver's license with helmet and clean driving record.

**Remuneration**:
*One of the best in the industry with incentives for better performance.

*Fixed working hours - 9.00 to 6.30 (with one hour lunch break).

*Fuel reimbursement - office to work place.

*Food and accommodation, when on duty outside Headquarter.

*Medical insurance.

*Dress with complete set of safety gear - head to toe.

*Periodic training on safety, methods of installation & up-gradations, products, features, services, career guidance etc.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
